Agricultural Assistance Often a family's savings are
wiped out by the cost of a parent's funeral. The children may
then be unable to buy seed to plant for the next year's harvest
and destitution looms. Giving seed to such families can provide
nutritional self-sufficiency and encourages self-reliance. Needy
families are identified through Dananai's community outreach
programme.
